I am not a lawyer, this does not constitute legal advice, etc... I think it should be fine, the definition of Payment Processor(s) in the Android Market Developer Distribution Agreement is:
Any party authorized by Google to provide payment processing services that enable Developers with optional Payment Accounts to charge Device users for Products distributed via the Market. This certainly includes Google Checkout which also "powers" One Pass. In other words (as required by terms for OnePass) the Market distribution agreement does permit transactions outside the market, but with conditions, and One Pass satisfies them, so both sets of terms are compatible. That's my interpretation anyway. Tom.
