The review is wrong. I can confirm that the XOOM micro HDMI port will
mirror everything (or at least all the basic stuff) to a TV. The
aspect ratio causes some problems -- the bottom was getting cropped in
my experiments.

Now, I didn't try mirroring the camera preview, and the Galaxy Tab
gave me problems with that, so there may be some things it won't
display. But the home screen, Settings app, etc. worked fine.
