Probably like most of you I get some messages from Google regarding
canceled orders. Most of these are not someone canceling because they
didn't want the product. Especially when I note they order a few
minutes later and it goes through. I bet most of these are because they
haven't updated the card expiration date and it is past what is on
record. Then I realized I hadn't updated mine recently. Most companies
send out a reminder that either the card date has expired or to update
your account. Never got one from Google.
And when I go to update that info it is not easy to find. And when I do
find it the design is a bit lame for either you can enter a new card or
update the expiration date. If you do the latter the only way to get
off the screen is a "back" on the browser. Seems Google Checkout could
use some design improvement.
