Nathan, I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. Jumped through all the hoops, but my app is not up on their market.
Since Android is a second job for me, I have to pick and choose how I spend my time and right now getting that app up on the Amazon store is the last thing on my priority list. My is a free app. If I remember right at least one of yours is a paid app. If mine were paid I might be working harder to get it going there. Let us know how it plays out.
