What the hell? That is absolutely unacceptable. I too emailed them a simple support question 2 months ago and have yet to receive a response. For them to not help you but give you a PHONE call when THEY have a problem is just wrong.
My app won't be on Amazon any time soon until they prove they have a solid operation and not this ghetto bs they have going on now. Sorry for ranting but this just makes me mad when companies behave like this.
