Dear Android hackers,

I am Jose Vigil, CEO at RoamTouch. Our company developed PadKite, the
first multitouch mouse running on top of a web browser. http://padkite.com/

PadKite is a unique tool that provides you with optimized control at
the tip of your fingers. Among other things PadKite is able to control
webkit selection by means of gestures and many cool features that make
our product unique. However there is an implementation price for that,
we have encountered dependencies problems running on most devices, an
unexpected hassle that we need to overcome. We need your help.

Things went very well and exciting after we launched our beta however
we encountered crashes on most devices due to dependencies issues. We
forked WebKit pretty much implementing it through JNI what forced us
to deploy our own version od librtwebcore.so. In this blog post you
will find an explanation of the problems and how you can help us.
http://padkite.com/blog/padkite-crashing-explanation-and-way-help-us

Basically we need the community collaboration to help us compile
librtwebcore.so in the cellphones that we are having problems with.
For that you need to follow the README
http://download.roamtouch.com/releases/source/skeleton/README.txt in
the above link in order to compile the library. With that library we
can run on your cellphone and maybe on other wth the same
configuration. Please let us know via contact form if you have further
questions or else send an email to [email protected].

We are currently developing our next release including single finger
operations, a new landing page with more features and new gestures.
However we cannot move to the market yet until we solve the problem in
at least most cellphones.

Appreciate very much your help and collaboration.

Kind regards,
Jose
