Hi, I've been using a T-Mobile LG 2X for last 5 days. It is fast but has a few disappointing issues -
(1) Locks up & won't turn on requiring popping battery to restart, happened about 3 times so far, this is with running no apps. (2) Reboots for no apparent reason happened about 5 times so far, also when running no apps. (3) Takes a very long time to get GPS fix, sometimes 10 to 15 minutes (!) this is despite having a very strong signal from several satellites in clear sky. (4) Apparently some/many ? are having issues where backlight is leaking around edge of screen - has not happened to me yet. (5) Battery life is pretty poor using 30% from morning till lunchtime when not being used for anything. I suggest you check out comments about issues in LG forum, eg wifi issues etc. http://www.lgforum.com/search?query=G2x Regards On May 13, 6:44 pm, Cedric Jeanneret <[email protected]> wrote: > On Mon, 2 May 2011 11:21:00 +0200 > > Cedric Jeanneret <[email protected]> wrote: > > On Mon, 2 May 2011 09:58:00 +0100 > > Al Sutton <[email protected]> wrote: > > > >http://developer.android.com/resources/samples/NFCDemo/index.html > > > oh... gosh, I knew it -.-'. > > Sorry for the stupid question. > > My app won't need this kind of feature, so I guess it's ok. > > > Thanks ! > > Have my very own lg-p990 - really happy about it, but cannot manage to flash > it with the official LG ROM (mine is branded by swisscom.. erk). > > Already rooted, so I can remove all the swisscom stuff - seems to be faster > (but with some bugs regarding wireless connexions). > > I tried to flash it with cyanogene MOD, but doesn't seem to be possible for > now (CWM cannot mount the sdcard while in recovery mode :( ). > > that's all for the news :). > > signature.asc > < 1KViewDownload -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
