My commentary isn't about Apple's patents, but about the fact that the patent has nothing to do with in-app purchases, and that Apple already OWNS a license to it (as does Google), and claims that their license should cover its use in applications (given that all the tech that implements it is in Apple's code). >> From Japan, I say Ganbatte!
