Amazon has "Amazon Payments" solution which is similar to PayPal
and to Google Checkout.

I have integrated all three of them into http://ecarrel.com

In fact, Amazon Payments were the easiest to integrate.

I don't think Amazon would discriminate based on which
payment processor you use (even if they have a clear preference)
