There is no on-device screenshot app except for rooted phones and the
occasional phone with a security flaw. You can use DDMS in the Android
SDK to take screenshots of devices attached via USB.
Oh well. Was worth the asking. I wound up taking a pic of the screen
with my hubby's Evo :) Not as elegant, but it works. The issue in
question was with a mail app, K9, and a screenshot would have shown
the problem far better than trying to describe it. That said, now
that I have images, I'll maybe post it somewhere (that allows them)
and ask for assistance.
