John, my comments are still showing up in the Market. I did notice, that when I commented from a different phone previously, that didn't have a sim, those comments didn't show. The phone I used was previously used by someone else, who already commented on my app. I wonder if the market is looking at IMIE numbers or something to eliminate fraudulent comments that could be done by resetting a phone, creating a new Google ID, and commenting on apps. Are you using a dev phone or something that might fall into a weird space?
I use my old G1 as my "market phone" - and I use this phone exclusively to comment on my apps. I have not had issues as long as I use this particular phone.
