Hello Mihamina, I am not sure what "memo" app you are referring to. As far as I know, vanilla Android does not provide such an application. This is probably an App your cellphone provider or handset maker loaded for you on the device. The same goes for "write'n'go"
Maybe someone on this list has a good alternative for you.
