Otherwise, I agree with Tobias, this isn't likely to be a priority for Google. And speaking for myself, I find it hard to believe that this would add significant revenue to any given app. Devs used to say much the same things about billing apps to users' mobile accounts, but when that came online for various carriers, I didn't see a noticeable increase in any of my apps' sales.
