Yes maybe you are right. But I got this email today. My payout also "skipped" - however, they DID payout the full amount on the 2nd. My bank just didn't get the second part of it until the next day, which was Wednesday. Why would they bother to send out a fresh email about it today? It cleared two days ago. And the payout was correct to begin with.
I guess with Google Checkout team you never know what they mean, but I take this email to mean there is other money unaccounted for.
