The "one on one" support they are touting has existed for a long time and has never felt one on one to me. The last question I asked them never elicited a response of any kind. Usually it gets a thanks for saying that , we will ask for more info if we need it type response. The forum wasn't good for getting information from Google (obviously) but it was great for letting you know if the problem was widespread or just limited to your account.
