Install Adobe Reader, https://market.android.com/details?id=com.adobe.reader&feature=search_result you can also install a File Manager such as https://market.android.com/details?id=com.estrongs.android.pop&feature=search_result That way if Reader doesn't find the PDF you can find it yourself and launch it in the File Explorer.
