I just got one of these today with a regular purchase:

"Message sent to customer: We could not complete your order in a timely
fashion. Your order has been automatically canceled. Please retry your
purchase."

Now the interesting thing is, we know this customer. They got the product
(in this case, a $.99 live wallpaper with no LVL). We just didn't get any
money from them. I'm wondering if you have seen this happen with in-app
purchases or if anyone else has this issue. This seems as if it would be
bad for customers and developers alike. I'd imagine with LVL apps and
purchases the customer would get the item but it may not work?
