You must use the same keystore for the entire lifecycle of your app (it 
needs to expire after 2033 BTW).

You will not be able to upload a new APK with the same package, if it is 
signed differently than the first one you ever uploaded.

There is no way around this.  If you lost your original keystore or 
something, you are out of luck.

Bottom line, you absolutely must sign all versions of your app with the same 
key always - there is no way around this.
