I often use my cell-phone as alarm-clock. But there is a big problem: for the day I use 2 modes: one with normal ringtone and vibration for normal use and another without ringtone and only with vibration for usecases where it must be quiet.
Many people use those last mode when they use their phone as alarm- clock at night. But I hear the vibration sound at night if someone calls and get awake from it. Others set off their vibration completely but I want and need those both modes I described above. So: There should be a special alarm-clock mode, where you can receive calls, messages, ... but all ringtones, other sounds and (!) the vibration is turned off. So that you can sleep well while using the phone as alarm-clock. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
