Get an analog radio and tune it to silence. Place radio near phone, the
louder the noise the more radiation, even where on the phone radiation
is coming from is noticeable. I'm guessing a decibel meter at a set
distance may? give an inaccurate readout. Otherwise you'd need an
insulated room a huge aerial and some specialised equipment or hire an
EMC test centre.
