Last time I looked at that page (before the google play nonsense) I am pretty sure that last line was not present. I'm guessing it is supposed to be part of text somewhere as a disclaimer you must display if you use the google badge ... but then it is in itś own div on the webpage, rather than looking like an orphaned part of another paragraph. I guess a classic goof between webdesigner and lawyer...
