Andrew, thanks for posting this to the group. We're still studying the business case for this, so nothing concluded yet.
In the meantime, I've gotten a couple responses from people looking for datalogging. Typical situation for datalogging is: need to record data offsite somewhere with mobile equipment (like Android tablet), than bring back to analyze later. Just wanted to give a heads up that for folks in this situation, we already have some 'standalone' dataloggers that can do this (link: http://www.kvaser.com/en/products/can/data-logger.html). Recommend to look at: Memorator Professional HS/HS & the Memorator R Semipro Look forward to updating the group on Android progress.
