Hi there,

I excessively use my Android devices for turn-by-turn navigation.
With Jelly Bean there is a new TTS engine (which I don’t like but I can
understand their need for a more natural voice).
However, while navigating, street numbers are pronounced independently,
which makes the street hard to recognize.
For example, in Germany, it tells me to "Turn right onto B two nine" rather
than "Turn right onto B twenty-nine". Those numbers are usually pronounced
as single number:

B27 - Before: B twenty-seven, Now: B two seven
A831 - Before: A eighthundret thirty-one, Now: A eight three one
K1326 - Before: K one thousand three hundret twenty-six, Now: K one three
two sic, Better: K thirteen hundret twenty-six
L1100 - Before: L one thousand one hundret, Now: L one one zero zero,
Better: L eleven hundret

Is this an issue that belongs to the Android Issue list or what can I do
about this?

Greetings,
Kai Uwe
