That's because Samsung uses its own GUI "Touchwiz" that supports that. But e.g. the Sony-Ericsson-GUI doen't support that. It should be a core feature of Android, so that every Android-based device has this feature. Becuase that's a frequently wanted feature.
E.g. in the menu-screens with all their icons and widgets a photo-wallpaper is confusing for many people. But on the lockscreen many people want it. Greetings, Julian Parker Am Montag, 6.
