I kind of doubt you can do that. You could decompile the APK, and introspect the R.class file, which may point you to your button. You likely have access to the APK (if it is installed on your device, you can retrieve it from there).
I would think this could be a security risk. You could "press" a button in another app, without actually having access to the code. My guess is you cannot do this, and I am not really clear why you would want to. Not sure why you would want to access a button from another app (that you don't have the original source for).
