We published a weather radar app back in 2009 that basically did the same thing as the Weather Channel and WeatherBug apps did except ours was animated and was a one-button solution to weather radar. I was told by numerous people "who know" that it was a waste of time and nobody would want to use it. Three years and millions of downloads later, they have been proved wrong.
