It says aware and doesn't say whether they care.
What I have never figured out is why this isn't a completely automated
process. And if it requires some employee to manually kick off the process,
then is it not assigned to some specific employee? Is it some undesirable
task that noone wants to touch until they lose a bet or something, and
several different departments are arguing about whether it is their
responsibility?

They must have only 199 monkeys on that project.
And I doubt if they do it manually because there are way too many
developers. They probably broke something in the software trying to
accommodate new features and trying to figure it out.
