I haven't heard anything in the news (or by FedEx!) about "the" patent troll in question lately. I'm sure he's just busy doing what he does best: make trouble.
At some point, you can almost guarantee this pest will come back to haunt us. I suggest not letting the fear of this problem stop you from developing a business.
