Two of my paid apps, the total user installs have been decreasing since last December (Note: "total installs" not "active installs"). Since I have very infrequent user purchases, the google statistics show declining total install graphs. I have notified Google about the problem a week ago. Just see if this had happened to anyone else. I wonder if this is also happening to my free apps. For the free apps, since the decline in total installs would be masked out by the daily installs, I would not be able to tell.
