the nexus 4 auto brightness low setting is set too high on low ambient 
light. IPS LCD display is superior in low brightness compared to SAMOLED 
display, thus no need for the high level of brightness on low ambient light.

i also would love to toggle the last set manual brightness and the auto 
brightness from the power control widget if it's possible. current 
workaround is to use power toggles app and set the auto brightness toggle. 
it keep the last set manual brightness which is 0% and when we tap the auto 
brightness widget it goes auto mode.
