I don't have any app that is not well known and widely used by about 
anyone. Nothing suspicious running on the background either.

I had the exact same issue when I upgraded my Galaxy Nexus, only a wipe 
solved it. 
Although I am not the only one suffering that bad experience after the 4.2 
update.

I just don't want to wipe my N7, that is why I am seeking here for a 
solution ...
