I would say that this is next to impossible. I have a tab, and got an OTG and even the mice and keyboards seem to not even play nice without writing your own usb driver for the droid. best option is to grab a wireless router to put into the wired Ethernet, but you probably can't do that (feasibly) or for security reasons. You may be able to tether it to a pc with an Ethernet connection also, I have seen apps for that (non-play store apps)
