A lot of file managers pop up a toast notification when you are at the bottom of the stack in their app that says something like "Hit back again to exit". I find it works well, it prevents me from exiting when I don't intend to, and is unobtrusive and easy to exit when I do want to. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
