Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 break-fix and enhancement support services for an SAP AFS client to support records to report business processes. Assist in analyzing and resolving issues/tickets including configuration, testing and support in the SAP FICO modules. Ability to create functional specifications, deliver enhancements and work with business in unit/integration/UAT testing. Knowledge of interfaces with other SAP modules. Role requires functional skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively support business.
