These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards. · Application/Software Developers are involved in the full system life cycle and therefore are responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing and supporting application/integrating software solutions that are delivered on time and within budget. · Responsibilities beyond the development of software may include participation in component and data architecture design, technology planning, product evaluation, advanced testing processes and buy vs. build recommendations. · Individuals also provide input to project plans related to the Application Development initiative. Bachelor Degree & 4 years of experience, OR an Associate Degree or certifications (equivalent to 2 years) & 6 years of experience, OR a high school diploma or GED, & 8 years related experience. · Candidate will work in design, build (or enhance) and support applications and services that provide integration solutions between critical vendor products, other business applications, and technologies. · Must possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills as well as good oral and written communication skills.
