*QA Test Analyst (Manual)* *Location: Birmingham, AL Duration: 4+ Months Contract* *Phone/Skype* *Job Responsibilities* · Analyze functional and business requirements and design test strategies, test plans and test cases to ensure test coverage of application. · Write test scenarios and test cases based on business and functional requirements. Document the test cases and test results in Client ALM. · Review the existing project documents (Scope, Test design, Development standards, Unit test cases/results, Integration test cases/results & Interface functional specification document) Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and system goals, fulfill end user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues. · Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, such as SIT, UAT Develop and execute manual tests at all phases to verify application readiness for production implementation. · Work with the project team to ensure quality throughout the product life cycle, including the identification and resolution of software defects.
