*Carlsbad, CA* *Type: Contract Opportunity* *Please note this is a System Admin role and functional configuration exp is required* *Job Roles & Responsibilities:* • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with internal & external teams. • Should be smart, quick learner & proactive in approach • Must be self-confident, assertive, self-motivated and great service to other IT & business partners. • Proven creative problem solving skills, including the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with overlapping deadlines • The person should be able to design & configure the system for all the requirements related to order to cash process mainly in the ERP space of Oracle J.D.Edwards for production support & projects • The person should prepare a techno functional documentation for solution and work closely with development or other IT teams to test & deliver the solution. • 6 to 8 years of overall experience working with ERP systems minimum 4 years of J D Edwards experience in System Configuration in production support or roll out. • Should have a good knowledge of Order To Cash Cycle , Advanced pricing and preferences , designing & implementing the enhancements, develop documentation and other materials for training of business users and other IT personnel. • Experience of working with 9.0 ,and newer version of JDE is a plus • Should have experience in designing interfaces, testing and issue resolution, dealing with Oracle in issue resolution.
