*Job Role: Sr. Technical Product Manager* *Location: Eden Prairie, MN* *Duration: 6+ Months Contract* *Note:- This position is with Product Manger + HealthCare + Strong DB experience (Bigdata is a +). * *Required Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience 7+ years of Product Management or Product development or consulting experience (consulting between the business and a technical team, serving as a liaison) 5+ years of Experience breaking down requirements into Feature Level requirements and User Stories in an Agile environment 5+ years of Experience in data management functions (e.g., data warehousing, ETL, business intelligence, Big Data (Hadoop preferred), cloud infrastructure) Proficiency with MS Office applications Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization Experience working with Director level and above to define problems and priority of work *Desired Skills: * Experienced creating Roadmaps and Requirements in Aha! and / or Rally. Strong experience using Aha! for road mapping and requirements is a big plus. Experience in the healthcare payer (health insurance) industry *Responsibilities:* Data management background (e.g., ETL, BI, Data Warehousing, DBA, Big Data, Analytics, API’s, Cloud, NoSQL) Product Management (Turns market strategy into IT requirements and solution, solution architect, Responsible for 3 year product roadmap, works with systems analyst to drive capability and features into product design, product evangelist (like that word!)) Agile experience (Former scrum master, System analysis, SCRUM/Kanban managing product backlog) Healthcare experience – Highlight experience in revenue cycle management area of healthcare.
