*Position Title: Enterprise Architect (Web/Mobile)* *Location: Bethesda, MD* *Duration: 6 Months Contract* *JOB SUMMARY: * We are looking for a highly dynamic individual to lead the definition and evolution of Web, Mobile, and Content architectures. This individual will be responsible for helping to define and execute the technology future of our mobile and web platforms. We are introducing new and innovative interactions for our guest and associates. The right candidate will expand the company's use of technology to enable and achieve the organization's goals and objectives. Candidate is also expected to lead a team of solution architects focused on designing solutions based on the defined technology strategies. *CANDIDATE PROFILE * Education and Experience Required: • Undergraduate degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering) or equivalent experience. • 10+ years relevant work designing and implementing web and mobile solutions • 6+ years relevant work with Web and Mobile Technology architecture • 5+ years of managing a team Preferred: • Experience authoring IT standards, frameworks and patterns related to the management of Data • Expertise with many of the following server-side components including Java, NGINX, Play, Akka, Docker, Node.Js, Backbone, and Couchbase. • Experience with client side technologies include X code, Swift, Java, experience with offline applications, data persistence and security on the mobile device. • Web front end expertise, integration with marketing platforms, responsive design, dynamic tiles and content management platform • Experience in implement multilingual site, as well as the utilization of transliteration services. • Experience integrating to IOT and Beacons will be a plus • Experience with architecting high-transactional, highly available OLTP solutions. • Excellent client/user interaction skills to determine requirements. • In-depth technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems. • Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards. • Proven project management experience. • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. *CANDIDATE PROFILE * Education and Experience Required: • Minimum 10 years' experience creating Architecture roadmaps and operational models that span the Technology, Application and Data layers for complex, high-available systems in Web, J2EE, Mobile, COTS, CRM and/or Mainframe environments • Experience Architecting Mobile applications, native or hybrid mobile strategy, 3rd party mobile frameworks/plugins, client side rendering frameworks.
