If any one is interested please reach me at [email protected] *Position: BO System Administrator* *Location: El Paso, TX* *Description:* · Interfaces directly with client and end users to resolve issues related to system access and utilization (excellent communication skills are required). · Create and maintain customized queries to monitor system performance. Customized queries run daily and capture run-times and presented to the customer weekly. · user space utilization, updates to system documentation. · Research and resolve BO issues and interfaces with SAP vendor support. · Interfaces with ITO Windows SAs to resolve system/server issues. · Add and maintain new BO universes · Add and maintain user ids, user security access, password reset. · Runs, reviews and maintains system reports for system performance and utilization for the BO server application environment. · Develops new BO reports for the client. · Assists users with writing and debugging queries. · System admin support of ArcGIS GEO mapping application platform. · T-MSIS support (reporting to federal government/CMS); · Direct interface with CMS participates in bi-weekly meetings. · Data mapping of MMIS iC database to the T-MSIS database. · Expert knowledge of T-MSIS rules/edits and translation to Medicaid processes. · Reviews and analyzes errors and data quality of monthly data extracts submitted to CMS. · Reviews client business requirements and documents technical design and develops solutions *Required Skills:* · *Requires system administration knowledge of SAP BO XI 3.1 environment.* · *Healthcare Experis is a MUST* · *BO system configuration and maintenance; stand-up BO servers and configuration, maintain BO repositories.* · Expert user knowledge of Business Objects (BO) XI 3.1 · Expert system administration knowledge of Business Objects (BO) XI 3.1 · Expert knowledge of SQL. · Expert knowledge of Medicaid business (provider, claims, recipient).
