*Duration : 3+ Months Interview : Phone / Skype * *GC,USC only* *Job Skills* - Java, J2EE, and Object Oriented Programming experience. - Experience working with and developing Web Services (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Ajax) - Agile Experience. - Communication Skills – Ability to clearly and concisely articulate a point. *Job Responsibilities* - Consistently applies learned processes, procedures and workflows to include (however not limited to) the software development lifecycle and/or release processes. - Creates system requirements, performs design and analysis, coding of medium to high complexity, unit testing of core system functionality and corrects defects during various phases of testing. - Independently install, customize and integrate commercial software packages. Facilitates root cause analysis of system issues. - May serve as the subject matter expert on development techniques. Creates system documentation/play book and participates as a reviewer and contributor in requirements, design and code reviews. - Receives more complex work packages from manager/delegates. Develops accurate estimates, and creates project and component work packages based on specifications. - Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability and resolves complex technical design issues. - May serve as a mentor on procedural matters to junior team members. *Job Requirements* - Bachelor's degree or 4 years of IT work experience. - 4+ years experience with web application and/or native mobile development and design. - 4+ years of practical core Java, J2EE, and Object Oriented Programming experience. - Working knowledge of Webservices or RESTful services. - Working knowledge of Mobile Web Development including feature support and performance issues. - 2+ years experience with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS development. *Preferred * - 3+ years client side development experience. - 4+ years of server side development experience. - 2+ years working in an Agile/Scrum development model. - Hands on experience on design and development of web applications using J2EE. - Experience with native development tools such as Xcode, Eclipse or Android IDE. - Experience with client and server side authentication and authorization. - Experience with iOS and Android APIs. - Experience with GSON and JSON notation.
