As a specialist, you will be contacted when the first line support team cannot resolve the issue and need higher level of assistance. You will also need to work with various 3rd party supporting teams and our IT support teams to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and networking issues. Key skills required for the job are: ? Upstream - Oil and Gas (Mandate) ? BP Well Advisor application knowledge ? Drilling and completion process Excellent ?
