*Qualifications*

·         Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience is required

·         5+ years of related technical experience working in technical
support environment supporting desktops, applications, VPN, LAN, WAN,
Wireless, Cisco Voice, and Microsoft systems

·         Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory to administer user
accounts, groups, distribution lists and other AD resources

·         Service Desk ticketing system Service Now

·         Demonstrated knowledge of project management practices

·         Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library
(ITIL) concepts

·         Demonstrated management skills are required in planning,
directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities.

·         Ability to work flexible work schedules to include any shift
during operational hours
