Please send your responses to [email protected] with your candidate resume and contact details. *Role*: SFDC Technical Architect *Location*: Quincy, MA *Duration: *Contract *Job Description:* *Primary Skills * - Years of Experience required 12-15 years. *Mandatory Skills * • 5+ years’ hands on experience in architecting Salesforce solutions in Service cloud. • Ability to architect large scale technology solutions primarily using all of the Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. • Engage periodically with key technology partners to plan for sufficient capacity and to be aware of upcoming new features / provide guidance (relevance and timeframe) to customer those features and benefits. • Suggest new processes/application features which optimize technical operations and/or increase consumer engagement/conversion. • The candidate will need to be dynamic and an excellent communicator working across multiple teams of the department with sound knowledge of Salesforce service cloud implementation. • Strong knowledge with designing, optimization of salesforce service cloud implementation. • Strong experience in interacting with client and owning delivery in onsite/offshore model. • Experience in lightning migration will be a plus.
