We have an immediate opening for the below position, kindly let me know your interest with your updated resume at *[email protected]* <[email protected]>*.* *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY* *USC OR GC HOLDER ONLY Description: * *Title:** ETL Developer* *Type:** 6 month contract* *Location:** Columbus, OH* *What To Expect:* - Work with business partners and IT teams to research and analyze data needs, integration needs, quality issues, and identify and prioritize solutions - Analyze complex data sets and create mapping documents from sources to targets - Analyze business requirements, design, develop, and test using ETL tools: Informatica, Salesforce applications, Unix, Oracle - Provide technical leadership and hands-on design and development support of ETL processes for real-time & batch systems - Collaborate with Solution Architect, Data Architect, BA, and DBAs to support enterprise wide business requirements, data, and optimize ETL implementation and performance *Qualifications:* - Ability to work collaboratively with business users to understand business/data requirements, synthesize, strategize, articulate, and develop solutions - Experience working with business partners and IT teams across multiple projects in the enterprise to identify data conflicts and resolutions as part of data migration activities - Experience in defining business rules, data definitions, and defining the key identifiers for each mapping/interface - Experience with various ETL tools and concepts - Experience with data migration and transforming structured and unstructured data using tools such as Informatica/Salesforce - In-depth knowledge of ETL tool set such as Informatica - Must possess strong data analysis, debugging, and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to identify root causes - Business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes in a fast-paced environment - Experience with Agile - Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with organizational and time management skills - Ability to work both independently and within a team.
