Hi , Hope you are doing great !! We have a position for *"Cyber Security Engineer" || Akron, OH.* I have listed out the job description below. Kindly go through the JD and confirm me your interest. *Role: *Cyber Security Engineer *Location*: Akron, OH (remote is fine till COVID is over) *Duration:* Contract / Full Time *Job Description:* · Good exposure on Carbon Black (EDR), Splunk SIEM. · Exposure on Phantom SOAR. · Understanding of UEBA. · Understanding & EXP of Firewalls/IPS/WAF functionality & log management through SIEM. · Exposure on building Use Cases, Alerts, Reports, Dashboard over SIEM · Exposure on PCI DSS compliance. Candidate should be min 10+ yrs of exp · Needs to be engineer that understands all the SOC tools and can jump in to solve any issues · Understands troubleshooting from a security perspective. (Cisco Firepower, ICE etc.) · Tying in through Meraki, Firepower and ICE · Logging notifications for Firepower etc. · SIEM logging / event logging. Once Barberton goes away, FortiGate logging will be worthless · Between NTT and Splunk logging, they need to know what to do if a laptop is infected; how to disable the computer object in AD, call user, walk them through the process and have a laptop ready to overnight to the user if needed. · MOST NEEDED: · A deep-rooted paranoia that keeps them up at night if they believe something is not right, and · The ability to do analysis / troubleshooting without having to solely rely on a run/playbook. *Essential Requirements: * · Strong understanding of atleast 3 of following technologies – network security, endpoint security, SOC, IDAM etc. · Extensive Service delivery experience working in onsite offshore model · Knowledge of security and compliance regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL etc · Should have hands-on experience in some of the following technologies – SIEM/SOC, VPN, Firewalls, Antivirus and Content Filtering, Certificate management, WAF, IDAM, DLP. · Highly skilled in Vulnerability assessment, signature developing and escalation processes · Build techno-commercial proposals and proposal defense · Extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance and reliability · Reviewing current system security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements · Conducting regular system tests and ensuring continuous monitoring of network security · Developing project timelines for ongoing system upgrades · Ensuring all personnel have access to the IT system limited by need and role · Establishing disaster recovery procedures and conducting breach of security drills · Prepares system security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. *Education, Certification and other requirements: * • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is highly desirable. • Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen and a commercial outlook • Team and customer relationship management Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM Experience: 10-15 Years Thanks and Regards, Varun Jain Diverse Lynx LLC Note : If I missed your call then drop me a mail .
