Oracle Transformation Manager which is part of Oracle’ OSM (Order & Service
Management) Application
Solution Architect responsible for all aspects of Order & Service
Management Suite of application which includes implementation of Oracle
Transformation Manager.
Implementation will include Requirement gathering, Solution design,
application design, application configuration, client mentoring and
training and managing development team. Must be hands- on and able to
perform the work as well as oversee the work performed by other team
members. Must be able to lead a team of Onshore, offshore team and
Business resources.
Skill Set & Experience Needed
· Atleast two implementations of Oracle Order & Service Management
(OSM) application which includes implementation of Oracle Transformation
Manager (OTM) for a Telecom Company
· Assist with OTM/product installation and troubleshooting via
desktop sharing
· Creating OTM architecture pictures with narratives
· Review OTM functional, technical and integration design
deliverables
· Participating in client scheduled status and/or technical review
meetings
· Provide OTM code/logic/mapping peer reviews
· Identification of OTM enhancement possibilities outside of the PoC
scope
· Creation of a non-OTM to OTM migration path architecture drawing
and narrative
· Candidates should be fluent in English (both verbal and written).
· Should be able to lead requirements gathering sessions, and build
presentations and design documentation. Communication skills and ability
to interact with all levels of an organization.
· Around 8 to 10 years of combined experience in Industry and in IT
Consulting
· Lead the user training sessions and general training documentation
