*MIN. 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE REQUIRED NEED – NETWORK AND
SECURITY – SENIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER*

These are sub-contracting ONSITE positions, but, clients are allowing to
work remotely during COVID-19 shutdown, need to go ONSITE in future. All
the applicants are encouraged to apply.

*Must have skills for this project:*
• BROCADE SWITCHES
• CHECKPOINT FIREWALL
• BROCADE LOAD BALANCER OR BROCADE TRAFFIC MANAGER
• VPN TUNNEL
• 24X7 SUPPORT EXPERIENCE

1. Network Devices Support (8X5 Support at customer site and on-call
support for Priority 1 and Priority 2 ticket)
2. Network Devices support knowledge - CISCO Routers, Brocade Switches,
Checkpoint Firewalls, Brocade Load Balancers. VPN Tunnels
3. Should have knowledge in 24X7 support and on-call support for Priority 1
and Priority 2 tickets.
4. Knowledge in ITIL Process- Incident, Problem and Change management
5. Knowledge management – Prepare SOP and network diagrams,
knowledge/configuration docs for devices.
