Position : Data Engineer With SNOWFLAKES
Location : Jacksonville, FL
Hiring Mode : Long Term Contract (1+ Years possible extension up to 3
Years)
Visa: ANY (Except OPT and CPT)
How many level of internal interview (TP1/TP2/Both): 2 rounds .
· Requirements for the Data Engineer with 2+ years of
experience in following
Interface with engineers, product managers & architect to
understand data needs and help build & migrate data projects onto
*Snowflake* data warehouse Knowledge of real-time data integration is
preferred.
· Hands-on experience with AWS, S3
· Ability to understand data pipelines and modern ways of
automating data using cloud based and on premise technologies
· Hands on experience with Snow SQL, Tasks, Streams, stored
procedure and expert in SQL
· Design and develop data integration solutions using both ETL and
ELT techniques, preferably using attuinity, syncsort etc
· Ability to provide production support for Data Warehouse issues
such data load problems, transformation/translation problems etc.
· Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, and/or
Power Bi
Proficiency in one of the scripting languages such as Java or Python is
preferred
· Knowledge of hadoop, hive, spark is a plus
