The Consultant will leverage previous experience to build efficient solutions and provide technical guidance and leadership through the end-to-end delivery of the CRM System. They will participate in the implementation of the solution architecture, understanding and recognizing the impacts of the solution to other systems in a highly integrated environment. Dynamics CRM is currently utilized for the Construction Site Safety Grant, M/WBE Certification, Waterfront Permit, and other p:ograms and will be used in the future for all other business services. Needs to maintain a unified business profile across agency systems to aid in reporting for the Mayor’s Management Report, City Council data requests, and for Agency program planning and outcome tracking. *Services Desired* *Seeking an experienced Consultant that will be expected to:* - Employ User-Centered Analysis techniques (Interviews, direct observations, Joint Application Development sessions, etc.) to understand business needs and clearly define the Business and *Functional User Requirements.* - Review existing documentation and applications. - Design and develop solutions based on the requirements by working with the business sponsor and team leads (Developers, and QA Testers) to translate requirements into optimal solution designs. - Provide subject-matter expertise throughout the life of the project. The Consultant will provide the following deliverables each sprint as applicable: - Business requirements elicitation and analysis - Process Flows (Current, Future) - Business solution assessment and validation - User Acceptance Criteria - Data Dictionaries - Content Inventories - Wireframes *Minimum Requirements/Additional Provisions* *a. Vendor’s Minimum Requirements*. Respondents must be M/WBE certified and shall have a minimum of five (5) years prior experience providing professional technology staffing services. *b. Preferred Skills/Experience for Consultant Candidates* i. 8 years or more experience documenting, designing and managing user requirements. ii. Experience defining business and functional requirements. iii. Experience documenting clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. ii. Experience with user-centered analysis techniques. iii. Extensive experience with documenting requirements in Microsoft DevOps. iv. Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. vi. Broad understanding of software development and web technologies. vii. Familiarity with Business Intelligence technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI) viii. Highly proficient with report development in Microsoft Office Access, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. ix. Perform multiple projects on small teams. x.
